I have been in contact with John Bergerman via e-mail a few times, and was supposed to be contacted by Bob Felix the land manager from Brookville Lake concerning tresspassing and safety. The state property from the river is nothing but hill side to the back of my property. During gun season I can not hunt %50 0f my property due to safety issue from gun fire comming up hill becaus that is all they have. I have neighbors that have literally had to seek shelter behind a log laying on their backs, and wave their orange hat a top their gun to get them to stop shooting up hill at him. I HAVE HAD LITTLE SUPPORT. The property was closed as part of the waterfowl fefuge until 1980. I would like to see no less than making it a archery only area. I can not take my daughter hunting on a piece of land I payed over a $100,OOO dollars for because it is unsafe because of the state ground. I would be ghlad to forward you the e-mail between John and myself for your veiwing. I am sick of being put off and want someone to take notice.
